Process Design Manager ( Robotics, Automation)
Implementation and design of production processes using new technologies.
Implementation of new automated production technologies with robotics elements: robot/cobot, error proof solutions and detection - digital tools for process control.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of the automation of the production plant
- Analysis of current production and support processes
- Suggestion of process improvements to increase efficiency, production safety and product quality with advanced methods of automation and detection.
- Digitalization of entry and outcome of production technologies, data collections, control systems, reporting.
- Design for specification for the new production equipment and tools based on some of the standards: MESH (e.g. LOTO, Machine Guarding), using methodologies SUR & Error Proofing (Poka-yoka)
- Leading of specific automations projects
- Managing and implementation of process and design changes in the production using new technologies
- Technical education or equivalent
- Vast experience with process design and appropriate tools ( e.g. DFMEA, PFMEA, PFC, CP, 3P, MF, VSM, Line Ballancing, Machine Guarding&LoTo)
- Practical experience with industrialization automation in production (industrialization, pneu-electro-robotics technologies: welding, assembly, manipulation technique, packaging)
- Experience in automation and robotics of production processes
- Orientation in the technical field, technical design documentation
- Experience in automation v industrial production
- Knowledge of robotics standards (ABB, EPSON, KUKA, or others)
- Czech fluent, English, German welcome
